Terms of Use

By downloading or using Nonogram (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. They are written to be as plain as the puzzles themselves — if anything is unclear, contact us.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, consistent with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions that apply to all App Store purchases.

2. In-app purchases

• The App offers non-consumable one-time purchases: individual puzzle packs and an “Unlock Everything” bundle.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, and is processed entirely by Apple.
• Purchases can be restored on any device signed in to the same Apple ID via Settings → Restore Purchases.
• Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under the App Store refund policy.
• Unlocked content belongs to you — there are no subscriptions, no expirations, and no server that can take it away.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App (except as permitted by applicable law), and not to redistribute or resell the App or its puzzle content.

4. Intellectual property

All puzzle designs, pixel artwork, text, and software in the App are original works protected by copyright. Solving a puzzle reveals the art to you for personal enjoyment; it is not licensed for commercial reuse.

5. No warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. While every puzzle is verified to have exactly one logic-solvable solution, we do not promise the App will be entirely free of defects.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App (which, for the free download, is pleasantly close to zero).

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing here affects any non-waivable consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
